ASI Southeast is proud to announce and celebrate the graduation and promotion of Javen Richie, a remarkable young man whose journey from high school student to Project Engineer has inspired an entire organization.

Javen began his career at ASI Southeast as the company’s first-ever Work-Based Learning (WBL) student hire. At the time, the WBL program was a pilot effort—an opportunity granted with the understanding that its success would determine the program’s future.
